Adele Carr Recruitment is partnering with a highly successful and growing business based in Bangor with reference to an 18 month FTC Management Accountant opportunity.
Reporting to the experienced and personable Financial Controller the duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to agreed to timescales, including Balance Sheet reconciliations, variance commentary, consolidated accounts and board reports
- Prepare and update cash flow forecasts
- Prepare loan workings for all companies
- Defer and reconcile income monthly
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Prepare monthly and quarterly VAT Returns
- Provide timely and accurate reports
- Prepare annual P&L Budgets
- Working closely with the Financial Controller on process improvements
- Internal audit duties as well as assisting with the annual audit
- Assisting the Financial Controller and Finance Director with Financial Accounts
- Other ad hoc duties when required
The Person
- Ideally fully qualified but part qualified with ample experience will be considered
- Self sufficient and can work well within a team
- Multi-company accountancy experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- SL50 experience or similar system
- Positive outlook with a can do attitude
