Museum - Interim Management Accountant - 4 month contract - Day Rate

Client Details

A London based leading Museum are seeking to hire an Interim Management Accountant on a competitive day rate from March till June.

Description

• Preparation of quarterly forecasts and management reports
• Preparing year - end financial statements
• Monitoring the museum's budget and expenses.
• Providing financial advice to support decision-making processes.
• Finance Business Partnering and budget adjustments
• Acting as a main point of contact for auditors
• Assisting with the audit process
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assisting in the development of financial policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful applicant should:

• Be ACA/ACCA qualified (open to QBE)
• Have charity experience (museums as a bonus)
• Have a strong technical background, including some post qualification experience
• Be comfortable liasing with auditors
• Have exposure to finance business partnering
• Have a passion for the arts/museums space
• Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Offer

• A day rate between £300 - £350, depending on experience
