Description
The key responsibilities of an Interim Management Accountantwill include, but may not be limited to;
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Undertake variance analysis and commentaries.
- Ensure financial systems are robust and support current activities and future growth.
- Lead on the annual audit process within the organisation.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the management team.
- Process invoices.
- Manage organisational budgeting processes.
- Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc projects.
Profile
A successful Interim Management Accountant should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background desirable.
- Part qualified Accountancy or minimum of 3 years QBE.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software programmes.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work as part of a team.
