Interim Brand Refresh Project Manager

• Job Type: Full-time (6 month contract)
• Location: Hybrid (South East hub or London)

My client is seeking an Interim Project Manager to oversee a complex and fast-paced programme with a significant budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, coordinating various workstreams, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively. This role requires a blend of leadership, governance, and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of the project, with a go-live planned for Q3 2024.

Day to Day of the role:

• Ensure the project is running on time and to budget, coordinating workstreams including digital, design, communications, and engagement.
• Lead the project team and manage relationships with delivery partners.
• Maintain effective governance across the project and workstreams.
• Report on progress to the Project Sponsor and other key stakeholders to PMO standards.
• Manage risk, issue, and change for the project.
• Support new Project with senior stakeholder engagement, including chairing meetings and resolution management.
• Ensure project documentation is completed and up to date.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing complex programmes with budgets of approximately £0.5 million.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering change involving people, process, and technology elements.
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to deliver impactful and inspiring communications to a variety of audiences.
• Experience working with suppliers.
• Hold MSP or similar Programme Manager qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in delivering previous brand projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in the charity sector is desirable.
