Your new role
As Interim Org Design (OD) Consultant, you will lead a business wide review of roles and responsibilities spanning job grading, job families and competencies and then taking a neutral approach to suggesting efficiencies.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a proven background in Organisation Design within commercial businesses and will be able to navigate internal complexities with a neutral approach. You will be able to demonstrate prior examples of business wide review of structure and roles and the efficiencies made. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice, committing to a 3 month contract working in a hybrid manner a minimum of 3 days per week in the London office.
