Interim Outsourcing Lead at Major Insurance Client

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Outsourcing Lead & Change Management Specialist to oversee our outsourcing initiatives and drive organisational change within our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outsourcing relationships, ensuring service delivery excellence, and implementing effective change management strategies to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of outsourcing strategies to optimise operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define outsourcing requirements and evaluate potential vendors.
• Develop and maintain outsourcing policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and organisational structures.
• Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies related to outsourcing and change management activities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cross-functional teams throughout the outsourcing life cycle

Key Requirements:

• Experience leading large outsourcing change programmes.
• Shared Service Centre experience.
• Insurance experience is ESSENTIAL.
• Proven experience in outsourcing management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
