Job Description
- Oversee the People Operations team to deliver strategic HR initiatives
- Conduct operational reviews
- Re-design policies
- Process mapping
- Manage and review SLAs and implement new Case Management Technology
- Establish end-to-end HRIS capabilities
- Oversee Benefits and Rewards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim People Operations Director should have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment supporting the delivery of global HR/People operations functions
- Experience implementing automation and AI for people processes
- CIPD Level 7 qualification preferred
- Experience in process mapping, re-engineering and continuous improvement (six sigma green or black belt preferred)
- Experience in specialist HR/People domain areas, including payroll, benefits, and employment law in, at a minimum, UK and India
- Strong knowledge of HR technology
- Strong analytical skillset
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
