Procurement Officer | West Yorkshire | £250 a day | 6 Month Interim Contract | 3 Days per month on-site
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a public sector organisation in Yorkshire, to recruit a Procurement Officer on an interim basis for 6 months, with the possibility of it being extended.
This organisation operates a hybrid working policy, with the ability to work from home 4 days per week.
This position would suit an individual familiar with procurement processes either from the public or private sector.
Role:
- Supporting with pre-award work and tender evaluations
- Attending meetings with the project team
- Ensuring clear communication within the Procurement team
- Co-ordinate communication between project team and bidders including responses to clarification questions
- Assist team with the overall procurement process
Individual:
- Experience within Public or Private Sector
- Awareness of tendering exercises
- Attention to detail
