Highly acquisitive International Group in the South West now seeks to appoint an Interim M&A/Corporate Finance profile into its in-house corporate development team. The role will support them with some balance sheet interrogation, valuations, due diligence and buy-side activities and is initially offered on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. We may be open to day rate contractors (role is scoped inside IR35).
Location
We do offer a hybrid working model with 3 days/week in the office
Role
Working as part of a Corporate Development team, you will provide investment modelling and M&A support to drive further organic and acquisition-led growth and well as involvement in divestment activities. Responsible for creating detailed and robust financial models to support valuation and investment evaluation, supporting financial due diligence and integration and producing clear appraisal reports, you will be available to start the contract in early February.
About You
Ideally a qualified ACA (or CFA) from Top 6 practice and/or relevant industry with experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring or similar role, you will bring exceptional Excel modelling skills.
