SalaryWe are currently seeking a dynamic individual on an interim basis who will play a crucial role in the project delivery of a Central Government organisation's annual report and accounts.
Details:
Role Duration: Until the end of June 2024
Location: London-based, with office presence required two days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all project communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource plans, communication plans, product lists, and critical paths
- Manage the production of project deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality and standards
- Provide advice on project management best practices, leveraging the latest project management tools
- Proactively manage project risks and issues on a day-to-day basis, escalating significant challenges to the project lead
- Collaborate seamlessly with designers to manage the design process, ensuring creative vision align with project goals
- Oversee the proofing, review, and approvals process to guarantee smooth workflows and final deliverables
Requirements:
- Previous Central Government experience is essential
- Proven experience in project management, demonstrating successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
- In-depth experience in the preparation of comprehensive corporate reports for large organisations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience managing project risks and issues effectively
