An Interim Regional HRBP is sought for a fast-paced role within the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of HR tasks, contributing towards the overall success of the Human Resources Department.

Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contract for managers and employees with employment queries
- Contribute to the development of people related policies and procedures and rollout to managers
- Coach line managers to ensure they are capable of supporting with people issues within their teams, including face to face training and mentoring
- Manage ER case work including conducting grievance, capability investigations and disciplinary meetings
- Supporting the HR manager with various complex cases
- Support the HR Systems Manager with any payroll preparation
- Manage all employee related actions within the HRIS system
- Assist in any HR annual cycle activities
- Management of all absence management cases, involving occupational health where required
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and assist in any recruitment activities where appropriate
- Manage the leaver process and conduct all exit processes
- Supporting the HR Manager on any ad hoc projects
- Maintain all HR related process and policy documentation, actively contributing to their ongoing development in line with HR best practice
- Perform all HR administration duties and ensure all documents are filed correctly in the various HR systems
Profile
The successful Interim Regional HRBP should have/be:
- CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent by experience)
- Up to date knowledge and experience of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Experience of managing HRIS systems
- Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel, with some overnight stays
- Available to start a new role on short notice
- Living in the Yorkshire region
