Your new company
This company is a Social Care provider who care for individuals who have, or are recovering from, an enduring mental illness. They offer a community based home to clients, providing them with the ability to transition from hospital or rehabilitation services back to independent living. Based just a short journey outside Birmingham City Centre, the residential service offers accommodation for up to 6 clients. You will inherit a very reliable and long serving team who have continued to maintain good service whilst the management position has been vacant.
Your new role
Your new role as the Manager will be to manage the day to day running of the service as well as support in offering coaching to the Manager over the duration of the 6 month period. The service has recently been reported as \'Good\' by CQC. Therefore, there are no drastic measures that will be required during the contract that will make this a challenging role.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to be a highly experienced individual who has proven experience managing Adult Social Care providers, which ideally includes a mental health service. You will be able to provide examples of scenarios throughout your career where you have coached/guided/support individuals in their development within Social Care.
What you\'ll get in return
This is a 6 month contract just outside the heart of Birmingham and offers flexible work and a competitive hourly rate of up to £20 per hour.
