Bright Selection are delighted to be working with a national provider of home care services who currently require an experienced Home Care Professional to manage their Blackpool branch for a minimum of 6months to make improvements and changes necessary to ensure that branch is achieving the highest standards of care delivery.
Our client requires a Registered Branch Manager to take on the leadership role, and to develop and build a team that is knowledgeable and confident in delivering high quality care for complex care and nursing delivered at home. As part of a large group there is both the senior management and the financial resource to ensure the branch's future success.
Responsibilities
Leadership and management of a Domiciliary Care branch
Development and training of care co-ordination and administration team
Ensure compliance with all regulation and legislation, achieving 'Good' rated service and provision.
Requirements
Must have a min of 2 years' experience as a Registered CQC Branch Manager or
Experience in managing turnaround or making improvements.
Understanding and knowledge on the management of complex care cases and
Proven track record in developing relationships and managing contract negotiations.
Ability to implement and imbed systems and procedures.
