INTERIM Senior Credit Controller

Location: Grantham

Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week), Interim (up to 3 months)

Start date: 19th February 2024

Salary: up to £40,000 per annum equivalent dependant on experience

We are recruiting for a leading manufacturing company based in Grantham, seeking a dedicated and experienced Credit Controller to join their dynamic finance team. This is a full-time, interim position for up to 3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the credit control function for the company
• Chasing outstanding debts and ensuring timely payment from customers
• Evaluating and setting credit limits for customers
• Conducting credit checks on new customers
• Resolving customer queries related to invoicing and payments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit control
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant financial software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive approach
• Must be immediately available

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
• Slight flex on start and finish times at managers discretion
• 30 minute lunch
