My client is a reputable Social Housing provider in Hampshire that is currently seeking an Interim Service Charge Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and calculating Service Charges for residential properties.
• Liaising with residents to address queries and concerns related to Service Charges.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of Service Charge expenditure.
• Analysing complex data and ensuring that figures are accurately represented in customer communication and internal systems.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience working as a Service Charge Officer or in a similar role within the Social Housing sector; those without this experience but can demonstrate both customer service and financial analysis experience should also apply
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
