Our client, a Chilled Food Manufacturer has an urgent requirement for an Interim Technical Manager. The assignment will initially be for 11 months, ideally with an immediate start date. Daily rate range is £400 - £500 + expenses. The assignment will be based on-site in Staffordshire. Ideally will be 5 days a week.
The client is looking for an experienced Interim Technical Manager to lead the Technical and QA team to cover maternity leave until the end of 2024. They are looking for an individual who is:

• Forthright
• Confident in making decisions and recommending solutions
Essential / Desirable skills include:
• Experience within a chilled food environment in an Interim Technical Management role
• Previous FMCG high care/risk chilled environment making customer branded products for the major multiples
• Computer literate, especially Excel with ability to interrogate data from technical systems
• Good time management & organisational skills
• Qualifications: HACCP, Degree in Food Science / Microbiology
• Internal Auditing Qualification
• People Management Experience
