Excellent opportunity on offer for a Senior Production Planner/Production Planner Manager/Client Liaison Manager, looking to work within a well-established, market leading design and manufacturing company, leading scheduling and production plans within a brand new, state of the art site.
Do you have experience as a Production Planner? Are you looking to become a pivotal member of rapidly growing business?
This company are well-established, with a large turnover and increasing demand from global customers. They have recently invested millions into the business, allowing them to expand their manufacturing capacity, facilitating structured growth plans. You will be joining a large production team, with 3 direct reports.
You will be responsible for managing the team contributing to all production plans, including establishing plans in line with demand, dealing with forecasts, customer orders, material planning etc. You will also work closely with the sales and manufacturing/quality departments to ensure projects are delivered on time and are cost effective. Finally, you will be responsible for upholding excellent customer service through client liaison management.
Therefore the ideal candidate will have previous Production Planning experience, with relevant qualifications. You will have a good understanding of ERP systems, material planning schedules, and budget documentation. You will also have a track record of excellent customer service, and be confident when communicating with clients. This is a brilliant opportunity within a rapidly growing company, to take the reigns and be an important, senior member of the team.
The Role:

• Leading the whole Production Planning process
• Dealing with orders, material planning, costing schedules etc
• Liaising with sales and manufacturing teams within the company
• Leading customer liaison process, maintaining excellent customer service
• £45,000-£55,000 + 25+ Days Holiday + Bonus + Pension

The Person:

• Previous experience in Production Planning
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems
• Good management skills
• Excellent customer liaison qualities.
