What you'll bring to the table:
- Expertise in AutoCAD: Your ability to navigate complex design drawings with precision is crucial.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: You should have master-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce polished presentations and detailed design documents.
- 3D Modeling and Rendering: Strong capabilities in at least one professional-level 3D modeling and rendering software are required to visualize interior schemes effectively.
- In-depth Knowledge of Materials: You should possess comprehensive understanding of interior finishes, materials, and FF&E relevant to high-spec residential projects.
- Experience: Ideally, you have five years of experience in high-end residential design, with familiarity in RIBA stages 3, 4, and 5, and experience in procuring products and materials for projects.
