WHAT TO EXPECT
As an Interiors Engineering Technical Specialist focus on the future development of technologies, complex systems, methods and tools including research and deployment of new knowledge into knowledge into Vehicle Programmes during strategy phase, ahead of kicking off the projects.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will be to provide specific technical expertise for projects, and input into the planning and deployment of specific new technologies, systems, tools. You will conduct research into new technologies, systems and methods and tools using industry specific tools, produce solutions for projects, and be able to apply technical subject matter expertise to new knowledge into Foundation knowledge and vehicle programs, provide technical expertise in specialist technologies, complex systems and tools and processes, and support the development of features and designs for future vehicle solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Essential:
Previous experience in specialist technologies, complex systems and tools and processes
Analytical skills including the ability to conduct complex research into new technologies and manufacturing systems and tools
Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred
Desirable:
Ability to effectively explain complex ideas, confidently presenting these to senior stakeholders
Experience of integrated vehicle electrical test systems and strategies and diagnostics
