Technical Support Specialist - Commercial Catering Engineer

Due to company growth, we are now seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work along side our growing team.
Key Responsibilities: 
· Reactive maintenance, service & breakdown of both electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment
· Managing field service technicians throughout the UK
· Providing Technical Support to engineers and clients
· Meeting clients - Customer facing position 
· Field based position
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
· Relevant experience working within the Commercial Catering industry
· COMCAT 1,2,3,5
· Relevant electrical experience (18th,Edition, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics is an advantage)
· Managerial experience heading up a team of field engineers / technicians
· Full Driver's Licence
Package: 
· Salary £37,500 - £40,000
· 37.5 hour working week
· 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays)
· WFH / Field based
· 7.5% performance based company bonus scheme
