Job Description
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support for staff utilising SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central.
- Respond to user inquiries and incidents from personnel via email, phone, or ticketing system, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SuccessFactors modules, ensuring efficient use of the Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues requiring Tier 2 or Tier 3 support, with a particular focus on recruitment workflows, onboarding processes, and employee data management in Employee Central.
- Assist in job categorising within the SuccessFactors system, ensuring accurate and effective classification of roles and responsibilities.
- Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into SuccessFactors usage, job categorisation trends, and other relevant metrics for staff and administrators.
- Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues related to SuccessFactors modules.
- Facilitate end-user training sessions for educators and administrative staff, emphasising the effective use of SuccessFactors modules, job categorisation practices, and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance training materials, support documentation, and knowledge base articles specific to Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, and related features.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in providing Technical Support for SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules, with expertise in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central.
- Familiarity with job categorising processes and reporting features within SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users, including educators and administrative staff.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services in an academic context.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in SuccessFactors or related HCM platforms is a plus
