2024 Intern – Global Sales Operations Analyst (13 months Internship)
Location: Maidenhead

About the team
The Global Revenue Operations team is responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force for Adobe and supports outstanding execution by the sales organisation. The core objective of the team is to drive alignment and efficiency between the different regions in which we operate, so that we run, support, measure, and reward sales teams consistently across the Global Field Organisation.
What you’ll do
Work as a key member of the team, identifying core focus areas through data driven insights, and building trust with business partners
Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to make business flow better for the sales teams
Work closely with members of the Regional Sales Operations teams to share knowledge, methodologies and facilitate standardisation across the field organisation
Collaborate with other organisations as needed (predominantly Finance and Marketing)
Turn data and customer insights into narrative to feed into the Global Field performance story
What you need to succeed
Growth mindset with a passion for seeking feedback
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting business messages
Proven mathematical proficiency and ability to turn data into insights & actions
Strong attention to detail, good listener, good organisational skills
Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel & PowerPoint
Comfortable with visualisation tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
