You’ll spend your first few weeks understanding the core principles of our business, before taking on your own responsibilities that will see you gain hands on experience and develop skills for the future in a friendly and supportive environment. As part of your support network you will be assigned a buddy and have regular check in with your line manager.

During the programme you will also work with other interns on a business project, giving you the opportunity to further develop your team work, creative thinking and presentation skills.

We are committed to creating an inclusive environment that supports your development and helps you achieve your potential.

By the end of the placement you will have delivered work and projects that add value to the Bank, developed your skills and have the potential to continue your career with us.
