SalaryAn exciting new job opportunityhas become available for an Internal Account Executive to join our Account Managementteam at St. Austell Brewery’s Cornwall Distribution Centre in St. Columb Major.
The successful applicant will besupporting our existing customers with their orders, promoting offers and newproducts across our own beers and third party brands. This is avaried job, and no two days are ever the same. You will be working in anengaging and challenging environment as part of a wider Sales Team. You’ll engage with customers, using your initiative tosupport and build great relationships externally and internally and driverevenue through our digital platforms.
The working hours for this rolewill be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including 3 Saturdays per annum.
About you
- Account management experience
- Previous experience of working within a customer service environment
- Confident at presenting promotional offers and new products
- Able to work closely with our ecommerce team, driving revenue through our digital platforms
- Able to spot opportunities to upsell and promote own-brand products
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable
- A confident and positive communicator
- Possess data analytical skills
- Excellent MS office skills and the ability to take notes and make accurate data entry changes
