Job Description
- Manage various communication channels, including intranet, emails, and team collaboration tools.
- Foster engagement by creating compelling content and ensuring timely distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with organisational goals.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continually enhance communication effectiveness.
- Drive innovation to expand the creative content provided by communications
- Report on effectiveness of channels and make recommendations on improvements
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Channels Manager should have:
- Proven experience in strategic digital communications.
- Experience delivering employee communications across a major brand and/or with service and operations business
- Experience of content management systems and reporting digital metrics to wider colleagues.
- Knowledge of digital channels and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse communication metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
