Location: Hybrid - London
We are looking for an Internal Communication Manager to support the implementation of our regional Internal Communications plan across the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Austria (DACHIT/UKI) – one of Quadient’s four regions, with approximately 1000 colleagues. As a key member of our global IC team, this is an opportunity to work with senior executives and people leaders to help bring our culture and values to life through strategic Internal Communications and CSR programs. Reporting to the region’s Director of Internal Communications, this role is largely remote, but with a weekly visit to our London office to collaborate with colleagues. There may be limited international travel associated with this role.
What you will be doing:
Executive & leadership communications: Support the content development and production of quarterly town hall meetings, people leader sessions and annual kick off events
Manage regional internal comms calendar: across all channels to ensure appropriate planning and delivery of content
HR/Change communications: Partner with HR and transformation project leads to develop impactful communications plans and content
CSR: lead regional network of “Quadient Cares” philanthropy advocates to bring teams together to support local communities for our Inclusion Month, Giving Month and World Clean Up Day activities
Recognition: coordinate our bi-annual Heroes Award peer-recognition program
What you bring to be successful:
3 – 5 years of Internal Communications experience in a matrix or global organization
Experience with in-person and virtual event production
A passion for CSR
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels, including senior leaders
Proficiency in tools such as MS Powerpoint, MS Office 365 and MS Teams
Fluency in English. German and/or Italian language skills would be a plus.
