Job Title: Internal Communication Manager
Location: Hybrid, London office
Position Type: Full-time
Contract: Initial six months
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Communication Strategy:
- Collaborate with the internal team to define the content that needs to be shared with each stakeholder group.
- Determine the frequency and format of communications for each group.
- Organize and schedule communication sessions, including diary appointments, hosting, and recording sessions.
- Work closely with the team to gather relevant content for dissemination.
- Infuse creativity to create a "Wow! Factor" and bring more theatrical elements to our communications.
- Identify opportunities to bring different stakeholder groups together, reducing the workload of content creation.
- Foster collaboration within the team and across departments to streamline communication processes.
- Organize all shared content into clearly structured and easily accessible folders or SharePoint.
- Enhance the visual appeal and stylistic elements of communications to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Internal Communications or a related role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and execute complex communication plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and other content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a multinational corporate setting is advantageous.
