Key responsibilities of the Internal Communications and Engagement Advisor:
- Manage proactive and reactive engagement strategy, working closely with the Lead Internal Communications Advisor to develop and maintain an engagement plan.
- Develop central engagement plan across the business.
- Develop resources and communications to support colleague engagement initiatives (alongside the wider marketing team)
- Report on meaningful insights into how engaged colleagues are.
Profile
A successful Internal Communications and Engagement Advisor should have:
- Experience in managing Internal Communications in a large organisation
- Experience in content creation and event management
- A passion for people and an advocate for continuous improvement with a strong understanding of colleague engagement
- Ability to analyse and report on colleague engagement
- Strong stakeholder management skills
