Description

Key responsibilities of the Internal Communications and Engagement Advisor:

• Manage proactive and reactive engagement strategy, working closely with the Lead Internal Communications Advisor to develop and maintain an engagement plan.
• Develop central engagement plan across the business.
• Develop resources and communications to support colleague engagement initiatives (alongside the wider marketing team)
• Report on meaningful insights into how engaged colleagues are.

Profile

A successful Internal Communications and Engagement Advisor should have:

• Experience in managing Internal Communications in a large organisation
• Experience in content creation and event management
• A passion for people and an advocate for continuous improvement with a strong understanding of colleague engagement
• Ability to analyse and report on colleague engagement
• Strong stakeholder management skills
