We are seeking a talented and strategic Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering effective communication and building a strong sense of engagement among our employees. You will deliver timely, clear and impactful employee engagement communication plans and activities which showcase our values and enable delivery of HCPC’s strategic priorities. You will also provide guidance to management on employee engagement.
Candidate Requirements
You will have a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field or relevant experience. You will also have proven experience in Internal Communications, employee engagement, or related roles with exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate and engage professionally with all stakeholders and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
