We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager to join our busy Team.

Responsibilities of the Internal Communications Manager include:

• Lead and deliver an internal Communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage campaigns for colleague engagement through various channels and events.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring Internal Communications align with core values.
• Collaborate with leadership and business units on communication requirements.
• Influence and own the strategic internal Communications plan aligned with our vision.
• Design and execute communication strategy for business transformation.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications channels.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines in Internal Communications.
• Lead, approve, and manage all Internal Communications, advising on channels.
• Manage communication workflow and collaborate on external communications.
• Accountable for agency resource and internal communication channel development.
• Own the Internal Communications plan, content creation, and creative presentation.
• Measure communication effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with business directorates for clear and consistent messaging.
• Lead Internal Communications activities across all areas.
• Manage relationships with champions, internal departments, and marketing partners.
• Lead companywide events, manage budgets, and ensure efficient use of resources.

The successful Internal Communications Manager will have:

• Education/Qualifications: Degree or Chartered Institute of Marketing.
• Microsoft Office, excellent communication, problem-solving skills.
• Significant experience in digital/creative communications, telecoms industry preferred.
