We have two exciting opportunities for experienced Internal Communications Managers to join our fantastic market teams; one in UK General Insurance (UKGI) and one in Insurance Wealth & Retirement (IWR) Employee Communications teams.
A bit about the roles:
As a member of the UKGI or IWR Internal Communications team, you’ll be accountable for the creation and delivery of employee communications.
You will be a respected partner to the business, providing strategic communications counsel and creating an employee communication strategy to deliver on people and engagement outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Have solid previous Internal Communications experience in corporate / matrix organisations
- Have direct experience of, and comfort working into senior leadership. Be highly skilled in providing advice to senior business leaders and adept at building trust quickly and retaining it through time
- Be highly organised, adept at managing multiple stakeholders and projects, and have an exceptional eye for detail
- Experience delivering successful engagement campaigns, overseeing a best-in class channel mix, including digital channels and measurement
- Ability to demonstrate creativity, innovative thinking and working at pace

- Starting salary between £50k-£55k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
