As an Internal Customer Account Executive in a fast-paced office environment you will be the first port of call for customers, selling and promoting a plethora of products.

The role:
- To support a positive customer experience
- Respond to customer queries by phone, email, and our online chat service.
- Promote the brand and products through effective customer service.
- Process customer orders and keep customer updated throughout.
- Liaise with all departments.
- Monitor emails.
- Upsell products where possible.
Requirements:
- Experience in an Internal Sales / Account Manager role
- Excellent Customer Service / Relationship building skills.
- IT Proficient including MS Office (Excel, outlook, Word, etc.)
