Internal Engagement Officer
Salary: £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework – if you are London office-based or home-based and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home
Hours: This is a permanent job share opportunity working for 3 days, 0.6 FTE per week
Location: Home-based, flexible location or office-based, flexible location. Hybrid working (working part of the week from home - 2 days)

We’re now looking for an Internal Engagement Officer to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working three days per week.

What you will bring…
To be considered as our Internal Engagement Officer, you will need:
- Experience working in a communications role
- Experience running engagement and communication projects
- Experience using different media and IT packages
- Knowledge of the use of different engagement and communication channels
- Knowledge of Internal Engagement and communication theory
What you’ll be doing…
As our Internal Engagement Officer, you will support the planning and delivery of a programme of Internal Engagement and communications.
Contributing to our strategic goals, you will devise, develop and deliver engaging, well-written and informative internal communications.
Utilising our suite of channels, including our brand-new intranet, you will work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to projects and initiatives.
Additionally, you will run the day-to-day delivery of internal team developments, such as intranet microsites.
