Delivering a world-class customer experience and assisting the sales reps to forge enduring business relationships, you would be supporting the sales reps in delivering profitable growth in line with the core objectives and the Sales Manager's direction.
This Internal Key Account Manager role involves responsibilities such as:
Liaising with Purchasing to communicate upcoming spending changesEnsuring the sales reps on the road have all the resources they need ahead of their customer visitsFollowing through internal processes to ensure that customer needs are always put first and that their timing requirements are metMonitoring account spending trends, highlighting variances and assisting in creating a plan for account growthFollowing up on opportunities until completion, adding value with every follow-upWe are looking for someone who can communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve issues and maintain our reputation for world-class customer service.
