As an Internal Recruiter you will be face of a well known business within the Poole area providing excellent support in all departments including HR. This is a VERY exciting role for someone to bring their flare, creativity and people skills into a full-time, permanent role as an Internal Recruiter.

As an Internal Recruiter you will be:
- Working closely with HR and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs within areas of the business
- Creating interesting and creative job adverts to entice potential candidates for the roles you will be recruiting for
- Conducting telephone and face to face interviews
- Creating marketing content for the company and engaging with other colleagues
- Being involved in the retention of staff
As an Internal Recruiter you will have:
- A real flare and a creative background where you have had to think outside the box in a previous role
- Familiarity of the recruiting process
- Excellent communication skills keeping everyone updated at all times
- An interest for Social Media/Marketing
