Location: Teesside
Basis: Permanent
Hours: DAYS – Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Administration Responsibilities:
· Updating CRM and external job boards
· Compiling management information around specific recruitment projects
· Creating a paper and electronic trail of all job opportunities
· Permanent and temporary recruitment
Recruitment Specific Responsibilities:
· Advert creation
· Dissecting job specifications and sourcing candidates from job platforms.
· Application management from ‘cradle to grave’
· Candidate management
· Screening candidate’s vs job specification
· Sourcing candidates through various job platforms
· Candidate database building in core business areas
· Taking the brief from a client and understanding the needs of their business
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strategically grow temporary and permanent business within the organisation.
· Build and maintain a candidate network in your specialist field
· Account management dealing with both lapsed and current clients
· Digital and direct marketing
· Market and industry analysis
· Working to KPI’s and profitability targets
Essential Requirements:
· Previous recruitment experience
· A proven track record of successful fee delivery within the recruitment sector
· Good organisational skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment
