We're looking for a highly skilled Internal Sales, Sales Advisor to join our team based in Didcot, Oxfordshire. The role will be to manage inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, order processing and face to face interaction with a friendly, helpful approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues that come up with our customer-first business mentality. The most successful Sales Advisors have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice and face of our company, they will be integral to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Objectives of this Role
Professionally handle incoming calls, enquiries and orders from our customers in an efficient and friendly manner
Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers
Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
Play a positive and active part within the team with a "can do" attitude, recommending improvements to processes to continually develop company efficiency
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
Continually develop expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services
Research information using available resources to satisfy customer enquiries
Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences
Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and warranties when required using the appropriate company systems
Skills and Qualifications
Have excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritise
Able to work individually and as a team
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools plus any experience with SAP would be beneficial
Any experience with pumps or fluid rotating equipment would be an advantage, however full training and development will be given to the successful candidate
