Internal Sales Coordinator, Salary up to £27k (realistic OTE c£39-45k – team based commission structure) with career progression opportunities. Based: Whitchurch, Shropshire (close to train station).
We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive / Coordinator to join a forward-thinking, progressive and leading technology business. The role will support two brands within the business; one with a client base in B2B retail and the other in the industrial / manufacturing sectors. We are looking for driven and ambitious candidates who can thrive in a proactive and fast-paced, customer focused role. There is real scope for career development and future progression within the business. We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience in a relevant role E.g. Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, Account Manager, Sales Coordinator or similar.
This role will support a recent and exciting new brand and product launch which is generating significant customer interest and offers the successful candidate a realistic OTE bonus of £1.5k per month in addition to base salary. The bonus is based on the sales target being achieved by the team.
Role scope: The Internal Sales Coordinator / Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager in a varied role:
- First point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, qualifying and progressing them appropriately and efficiently.
- Booking appointments for the Sales Manager with customers and coordinating product demonstrations at customer sites for the Product Demonstrator.
- Full sales administration, processing of orders and customer communication throughout the sales process, ensuring an efficient and first-class customer experience.
- Diary management and support for the Sales Manager.
- Ensure alignment check of PO, terms and proposal before declaring a project won.
- Supporting the Sales team with finalising finance deals. Ensuring all finance deals are authorised to the point of "invoice instruction" before the official PO is raised.
Candidate Requirements
- Driven and ambitious attitude to work with the ability to work in a target driven environment.
- Confident in dealing with customers with the ability to build rapport and deliver high levels of customer services.
- Highly organised and efficient in coordinating and managing a process to deadlines.
- Experience in a Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Coordinator or similar role (preferably B2B). Any experience of selling or dealing with retailers and/or industrial customers would be advantageous but is not essential.
