R13 Recruitment are supporting a leading business in their search for an Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join their central team in Diss, on a temp2perm basis. You will be working 8.30am - 5.30, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 - 4.00pm, Friday, and an annual salary of £28,000. You will manage an account of existing customers and deliver fantastic Customer Service.

The day to day
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers, focusing on growth and retention.
- Overseeing the initiation of new projects and the introduction of new products to expand business opportunities.
- Analysing product performance, expenditures, and market trends to contribute to business growth strategies.
- Handling incoming calls from customers and distributors, providing product information and tailored services.
- Performing outbound calls to warm or previous customers, providing quotes, and assessing and optimising customer discounts to boost sales.
You will have/be
- Excellent sales and account managing skills with a minimum of one-year desk-based B2B experience.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Well organised, excellent communication skills, a team-player, and a 'can do’ attitude.
- Background in manufacturing/industrial is desired, but not essential.
