Job description
23k per annum for an Internal Sales Executive to join a well established business based in Ilminster.
Monday to Friday
Our client is an easy commute from Taunton, wellington, Chard, Crewkerne and Yeovil and also boasts on site free parking.
As an internal Sales Executive you will be initiating contact with potential customers, to generate interest in the clients product line.
You will be regularly contacting existing customers to maintain relationships and promote products.
The role will also involve dealing with customer sales enquiries by telephone, e-mail and post.

Qualification & Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident telephone manner with acute listening skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems & practices.
• PC skills including Excel, Word and Microsoft applications.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a sales office / contact centre environment is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
• A flexible approach to working hours.
