Internal Sales Executive

An opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join a small, but growing East Grinstead
based roofing company that specialises in gutter cleaning, repairs, and replacements, and roof
cleaning and repairs of both residential and commercial properties.
As Internal Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Taking booking from callers
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Keeping records and handling logistics around a booking
• Emailing quotations to clients and following up
• Contacting existing customers and booking them in for future work

We’re looking for an Internal Sales Executive with the following:

• Sales or booking experience (roof experience not needed as training is given)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisation skills and experience using a CRM system
• Basic computer/IT skills
• A friendly and helpful attitude

You will be working Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
