£23k per annum with realistic OTE of £30-£40k per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave

We are looking for ambitious, driven, and eager to learn sales superstars to join our client on a permanent, full-time basis.

What’s On Offer?

• £23k per annum with a realistic OTE of £30-£40k per annum
• Uncapped commission
• Top performers in the team are earning £55-£60k per annum
• Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm – NO WEEKENDS

Role:

• Inbound/outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts (business to business)
• Securing appointments for the Business Development Executives
• Ensuring the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality appointments
• Achieve daily call KPI targets
• Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executive
• Support with administration duties including diary management

You need to be:

• Energetic, driven and money motivated
• Success driven
• Willing to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques
• A confident communicator able to speak to people from all walks of life
• Previous experience in a telephone or face to face sales role is an advantage but is not essential – full training will be provided
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
