We are looking for ambitious, driven, and eager to learn sales superstars to join our client on a permanent, full-time basis.
What’s On Offer?
£23k per annum with a realistic OTE of £30-£40k per annum
Uncapped commission
Top performers in the team are earning £55-£60k per annum
Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm – NO WEEKENDS
Role:
Inbound/outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective contacts (business to business)
Securing appointments for the Business Development Executives
Ensuring the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality appointments
Achieve daily call KPI targets
Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executive
Support with administration duties including diary management
You need to be:
Energetic, driven and money motivated
Success driven
Willing to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques
A confident communicator able to speak to people from all walks of life
Previous experience in a telephone or face to face sales role is an advantage but is not essential – full training will be provided
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
