A bit about the role:
- You will be responsible for management of a team of 4 internal account managers and 2 contract renewal specialists
- Responsible for a budget of £35 mill
- Ability to critically analyse sales data and position team objectives accordingly.
- Work as a team with other departments to get the best results for the company - customer services, service team, sales management team, clinical specialists.
- Reports to Sales Director and is part of the medical leadership team.
- Experience in tenders and contract management
- Ability to develop people in the team.
What’s required:
- Degree qualified is desirable or minimum 5 years experience
- Ideally from a medical background but would consider candidates from an engineering background
- Sales Management experience
- Strategic sales experience
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Commutable to Hemel Hempstead 3 days a week
