Job description

A bit about the role:

  • You will be responsible for management of a team of 4 internal account managers and 2 contract renewal specialists
  • Responsible for a budget of £35 mill
  • Ability to critically analyse sales data and position team objectives accordingly.
  • Work as a team with other departments to get the best results for the company - customer services, service team, sales management team, clinical specialists.
  • Reports to Sales Director and is part of the medical leadership team.
  • Experience in tenders and contract management
  • Ability to develop people in the team.

What’s required:

  • Degree qualified is desirable or minimum 5 years experience
  • Ideally from a medical background but would consider candidates from an engineering background
  • Sales Management experience
  • Strategic sales experience
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Commutable to Hemel Hempstead 3 days a week
