INTERNAL SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER: Hertfordshire
An opportunity to be part of a very ambitious and forward-thinking UK manufacturer of commercial lighting selling to the commercial fit-out industry.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Processing incoming sales inquiries, raising quotations, providing technical information, and following quotations through to orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
* Understand customer needs and requirements
* Process of incoming sales inquiries
* Understand the drawings/specifications provided
* Prepare and raise sales quotations based on customer requirements ensuring all technical details are correct
* Close sales and support the sales team in hitting monthly targets
* Utilize CRM system to log and follow up on all quotations
* Establish and maintain lasting business relationships
ATTRIBUTES:
* Experience and knowledge of the commercial lighting industry
* Prior sales success
* Team player
* Strong negotiation skills
* Driven, motivated self-starter
* Organized, methodical, and accurate
* Ability to complete tasks without being chased
* Proven track record of managing high customer expectations and delivering results under time pressure
working to tight deadlines
PACKAGE:
* Remuneration - Negotiable DOE - up to 32K plus company bonus scheme
* Hours and benefits to be discussed and agreed
