We're currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join our client in Welwyn Garden City. This role is perfect if you have some sales experience and want to work for a business that will support your training and development.
You'll be looking after a number of existing client accounts, as well as creating new business opportunities from warm leads as well as lapsed clients.
Main duties include:
- Contact inbound leads and establish their requirements
- Recommend products and put together pricing
- Account manage customers and ensure they continue to spend each week/month
- Contact lapsed customers and understand reasons why they moved away
- Cross sell other products to existing customers
We are looking for:
- Experience in a sales environment, this could be face to face sales/lead generation/appointment booking/telesales
- Confident working towards targets and KPI's
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Someone who is able to spot an opportunity and convert business
- Someone who works hard and goes the extra mile for customers
