What you'll be doing
Managing a team of 15+ Sales Development Representatives
Ensuring KPIs are met and driving performance
Conducting regular reviews which inspire and motivate employees to succeed
Setting sales and professional development targets with sales team
Completing statistical data analysis using reporting and graphs
Being a professional/personable point of contact for the office
Provide the team with training and development opportunities
Managing the CRM system to ensure all data and leads are optimised
Be a part of the wider Yo team
Working in the office 5 days per week between 08.30 - 17.30 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 - 17.00 Friday
