Internal Sales Support

What will your day look like?
Assisting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing product information and pricing details to support the sales process
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, following established guidelines and procedures
Collaborating with various teams, such as inventory and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service for customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
Supporting sales representatives in generating new leads and opportunities, contributing to the growth of the business
Updating and maintaining customer databases, keeping records organised and up to date
Assisting with market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar Sales Support or customer service role, with a proven track record of providing excellent support to a sales team
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and friendly phone manner
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools
A positive and proactive mindset, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
