My client, a global market leading engineering organisation located in Winwick, Warrington are offering an exciting opportunity as they recruit for an Internal Sales Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis.
Role Purpose:
As the Internal Sales Administrator you will be the point of contact for any customer enquiries, providing product recommendations and processing orders whilst maintaining excellent customer service throughout their customer journey.

- Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00

Responsibilities:
- Receiving and responding to Customer Enquiries by phone/email
- Identify Customer requirements.
- Provide technical and selection support.
- Obtaining customer orders, creating quotations and processing customer orders using SAP
- Maintenance of CRM database
- Keeping customers up to date with order progress
- Handling customer complaints
Specification:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales Administration and/or Customer Service experience
- IT Proficient including MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams)
- SAP Experience desirable
- Engineering background desirable
