The Role:
- Handle inbound customer queries via multiple channels
- Manage your own portfolio of accounts
- Outbound sales activity to generate new business
- Work in conjunction with other departments
- Process quotations and sales orders
- Arrange delivery or products
- Liaise with suppliers
